In 2015 at the age of 31, I decided I wanted to study nutrition and make a career from using my knowledge and personal experiences to help others. I started this blog to share that journey along with stories from my travels, all things foodie related and how, in 2016 I began a huge transformation by losing weight, gaining confidence and improving my wellbeing both mentally and physically.
